Your Role
We are currently in search of a new Sales Manager in Finland to take on an exciting leadership role in a fast-moving, market-driven environment. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a team of sales representatives in Finland. You will be responsible for creating a strong, results-driven team with high levels of trust and engagement with the help of the manager team. A proactive approach, commercial awareness, and a willingness to grow and innovate will help you succeed in this role. We are looking for someone with the expertise and motivation to develop our Sales teams to the next level, developing personnel, and fostering a positive sales culture. You will report directly to our Head of Sales Finland and be a key player in our ambitious journey.

Who you are
- You have previous leadership and personnel management experience, preferably in sales or customer relations.
- You are results-oriented, engaged, and capable of building strong teams.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and see opportunities where others see challenges.
- You have the ability to build trust with both employees and customers.
- You are fluent in Finnish and English
Considered as an advantage, but not required:
- Previous experience in fintech or sales organization
- Experience in B2C sales
- KPIs in outbound call center software
- Analytical mindset and good technical skills
